What the player can raise (1)

The game offers every topic whose requirement is met, in the order it prefers them.

Only while the quest is at the authored phase

  • I have questions about {Rhia Sako}.

    Only the first time

If you are here on her father's behalf, I fear I will have little more to say about {Rhia} to you than I had to him.

But by all means, you are free to ask.

Only when the conversation's own flag why is set

    • Where else can I turn?

There was an old book Healer Ven used to tote around with him - said it was older than I could fathom. Hands of Healing.

After he passed, he was buried with his books. I bet Hands of Healing is still down there in the Sheru Tombs.

Since no one in this day seems to know what afflicts her, perhaps an tomb from days past may shed some light.

If you don't feel like digging around in the Sheru Tombs, I know of an old Sand Elf that lives at the edge of the Sako Region.

The villagers are weary of her, but she claims to be a healer. I hope that helps, Viasha.

I pray you will be able to assist Umarate and Rhia. Anzetoru.

      Returns to an earlier point

    • Tell me again about my alternatives.
    • Why won't they care for her at the {sickhouse}?

It's not as simple as you are making it sound. *{Nakama} speaks softly, in a maternal tone.*

The {sickhouse} is communal. We have many sick in {Garkai} as of late, and we simply cannot risk the spread of {Rhia's} virus in the {sickhouse}. *Her voice slows and becomes cool, like a grim hand pulling you into her words.*

Whatever she has contracted came from the bowels of the swamps, and whatever it is, the oldest among us don't even remember tales of it.

I know not how familiar you are with {Garkai} and its surroundings, but it is not the playground {Rhia} treats it as.

I sympathize for {Umarate} and all the {Sakos}, but whatever will heal {Rhia} ... it is beyond our capabilities.

      Returns to an earlier point

    • Who was Healer Ven?

When I was a child, Healer Ven was the Temple Healer. He was always reading us stories from his collection of tomes and journals, and imparting facts about alchemy.

He was a great influence on Dento.

      Returns to an earlier point

    • Are the locals well-founded in their wariness?

Not wholly ... I feel everyone in {Garkai} is entitled to their feelings about who lives here; however, I do believe {The Healer} is wrongfully vilified for her being a {Sand Elf} by many.

Long ago, when I first became {Shaman} of this temple, she would always come to try and volunteer at the {sickhouse}, but even then, tension with The Empire was great, causing much stress between the {Karu} of {Aruden} and the {Sand Elves}.

In her attempts, everyone but the most broken and contagious rejected her, refusing her help under the pretense it was 'Sazziad sorcery.'

      Returns to an earlier point

    • I had other questions.

*The {Shaman} smiles and nods, welcoming you to ask what you need.*

      The conversation ends
